Did they end up shrinking much?
You know, I never measured. I am pretty sure they did a little bit but nothing drastic. I have work them every day since the soak with the exception of one. These things fade fast, and are thin as hell. I am trying to break them in before Spring/ Summer as I feel that they would be perfect for that time of year. I am also trying to wear them as much as I can at work before they fade and I am unable to get away with it.

Good to hear. I needed them to shrink 1/2 to 1 inch in the waist to make them fit well, and as they are sanforized I figured this just wasn't going to happen - hence I never reached the soak stage.
They certainly are a unique beast and I think they will look amazing after the breaking in. Give 'em hell, mate!

Im really leaning towards a pair of the straight leg. All I needed to see was RAW Cone Mills unsanforized denim. Hopefully they are not singed or calendered. I read that they are 16.25oz after soaking.
they are loomstate…they didn't do anything to this denim after it was woven
