the od is a bit smaller, would went for a L in that as well. I wear both, vest and 526J in M and they both fit as they should imo…

True that. But doesn´t shrink the 526j after a wash to the same dimensions as the 526jod has in the beginning?

LANDO U NEED A XL…YOUR ARMS ARE LONG..AND I TRIED THE 40 and 42...the 40 was to short @ sleeves for me!

My sizes on the similar items. And I have tried a 40 in the IH-526J and it works. I am most likely going with a 42 so that it last no matter how much I fluctuate in the next few years. Just thinking out loud really.

Yeah I will most likely get a 42. Oddly enough I have never tried a 42 on in person, only a 40. I wil get the 42 though as it will be washed and I will get larger. I just want to make sure it is not too big with only a T. That is my main concern.

I always thought that even sanforized denim shrinks up to four percent.
Furthermore I thought that a 526jod in size xl is a 526j xl, which ran through the od process.
Seeing this a xl might be the better option…

We hot soak all the non OD'd 21oz products to get rid of the shrinkage.

Size of this jacket looks really great to me.  Most guys, I find, wear their jackets too large. This one could be worn like a shirt, and that's how it should be.  Really dig the look a lot, my kudos!

I agree. A classic Type III should fit snug. Alex has a perfect fit on his. Hoping my 42 fits the same way!
