I sadly don't have any IH jeans yet, but that will change someday (I have been eyeing up the 634S for at least a year and a half, just haven't pulled the trigger).  I'm also a in non-jeans 4 days a week so it's hard to justify something as hard wearing as 21oz!

Daveo,  Get a pair of TWHR01's:

            http://www.ironheart.co.uk/html/TWHR01.html

Same beautiful Haraki-san construction, 13oz Selvedge and cheaper than the 634S

Daveo, take a leap of faith and pull the trigger on the 634S, by far the best pair of jeans I own. I too don't really need 21oz for work etc….they are just v v cool...live the dream

My main excuse for not getting another pair of jeans (of any brand) right now is that I have those three pair that still need some pretty serious break in!  The Canes are pretty far along but the other two still need some love.

Is this the same daveo on Sufu that looks as if he carries a Strider PT in his back pocket?

                      Ha!

Still got it, even if it's looking at the profile of a back pocket fade!

I actually just sold Giles an SnG

I'm currently on the hunt for a CRK Umnumzaan, and if I can get that one on a trade…a small Sebbie with leather inlays...

Nice to see another knife guy on this forum

Btw, you're going to have a REALLY fun time trying to get the Strider clip off the 21oz denim…I can barely get my Sebenza off my back pocket most of the time...

I am definitely a knife guy but I like to keep the collection down to just users as that is another VERY expensive hobby (aren't they all?).

I'm whittling down my collection as of late too, just sold a couple Hinderer prototypes. Right now, all I have are a couple of RJ Martins, a couple CRK's and a couple of high end Hossoms that are never going anywhere!!!

Giles posted some pics of his FBJ-101 ( http://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=104.45 ) it made me take some pics of the first Japanese denim item I bought as is very similar to Giles's item - I purchased over 10 years ago but has not been worn a great deal - especially after Evisu flooded the market with mass produced naff denim !
