Just curious, how much research have you done on this topic and where is your information coming from?
I didn't care about the tensile and tearing strengths of raw denim until you said that Iron Heart's 23oz denim lasts longer than other denim garments, eventhough this has not been mentioned with the release of other sanforized jeans you have purchased. Having been privileged enough to visit the manufacturers, you should have better access to these numbers than I. All I have to go from is the internet and my personal experience with 6 pairs of sanforized raw denim, 15 pairs of sanforized pre-washed denim, and 2 pairs of unsanforized raw denim.

All you have is a list of internet links?
I'm not continuing this with you. I invite you to work in the industry for years, work with (literally) thousands of pairs of jeans which people bring in for repairs, visit mills around the world, and spend time with production managers at mills. Then we'll talk. A list of links telling me what i already know about the process of sanforization and textile tear isn't what i asked for. -

Yet you don't post them. You're the one selling these jeans, not me. You should be able to provide answers when your customers ask for more information. Or, past customers… Go on your way, then.

i'm NOT amused. i'm just paying attention as i might get some information i didn't have before. i think the SE dudes do a great job slinging their product & ordinarily providing a really high level of customer service. i've sent messages at zero-dark-thirty & got back a coherent response in a matter of minutes on several occasions. with that said, i think we ordinarily have a very respectful tone on this forum & most interactions are for the most part at least cordial even if the individuals in the exchange HATE each other.
i guess i say all that to say keep it light, no mud slinging, make your point(s), ask your question(s), & move on.
i do not know kiya but will say publicly respect for responding as it was easy enough to just ignore & respect to adam313 for saying what you have on your mind.

Didn't expect you to go down that easily!..Someone's got to be. I don't even have an issue with Adam. (Hell, I believe I even sold him an IH belt.) I've been known to fly off the handle and shoot my mouth off before thinking; I don't even mind that he called me out over at SuFu. (You need to have thick skin to get through your day.) So, I'd hate to see the fam lose a member on account of a silly quarrel.
