i will make sure i am away from a computer for the next week just so i don't buy those. i love my current jungle cloth joints, only thing i would have done different is hem shorter & go down a size as i can fit like an arm in the waist
this is greatness. hope i'm as impressed with the coming seXih collabo

Fans and customers of Self Edge, I would encourage you to check in on sufu and support Kiya here: tate & yoko sufu thread
Tate & Yoko new store in Canada is rather blatantly stealing his product descriptions and sizing data, and apparently don't think it's a big deal.
I for one think that it is.

interesting, i'll be watching what happens from the sidelines.
i have a long post that is trying to fight it's way out of me, but i'll hold my unsolicited take back abit. that does seem really sleazy to say the least.

This^ Now I am late to leave work… Sure there will be more for me to read when I get home.

I made the first purchase at T+Y and am a bit disappointed with respect to how this has played out. Obviously I am a bit biased because I met one of the dudes responsible for opening the shop and couldn't have been happier with his service and happen to reside in Montreal, but I've also been satisfied with most of my transactions with SE. I, as well, will be watching how this unfolds from the sidelines. I fear it has potential to become quite volatile relatively quickly.

Shoreman, the point is not the customer service, or shopping experience.
I just read through this and I'm totally with Kiya, its definitely not ok to just copy item descriptions from a other website without permission. A self written description is copyright protected. And imagine you take time and creativity to describe a item you wanna sell and a lazy competitor just do a copy and paste job. I would be pissed…

No, no; I couldn't agree with you more. It's absolutely lazy and unnecessary. I don't care how quickly they wanted to get their operation up and running, taking something that isn't yours and representing it as such is wrong and shines a negative light on what you are trying to accomplish. I'm of the mind that this should have been handled privately, whether through means of telephone conversations or by exchanging e-mails. If, in fact, it is the case that Kiya has been reaching out for weeks and that said attempts have been ignored, I have no doubt that this situation will ultimately lead to the demise of T+Y. (Once your reputation is tarnished, it is near impossible to repair. Hello, Blackberry.)
