The product page says shrinkage for the inseam is 1" as opposed to iirc at least 2" with the SR, is that correct? (making sure that's not a typo)

Well, I only got 1" in the inseam out of all 3 pairs of 634SR I tested and only an inch out of the test pair of 634S-RAW I soaked. I think some people managed t get 1.5 and even 2 inches, but my view is far better to err on the side of caution and have the slightly to long. After all you can always get them shortened further, but you can't put back on what's been taken off…..

19 pairs, my logic is the holiday shopping & all are going to make folks be a little conservative with these. i think the 35s are going to sell out 1st cause you know folks have really been waiting on those, the rest will sell at a conservative, but steady pace.
You better start praying that things slow down, 17 gone so far….

The SR didn't hardly shrink at all in the inseam, but the leg did twist like crazy.

Don't take my advice (don't want to be held responsible
), just observation, but I thought I was crazy when I only noticed about an inch of shrink until Giles just posted that he got the same results. I bought the Japan length (35) and after plenty of soaks and washes, they're still around 34 or 35. I expected them to be shorter. -
always great to be wrong on these sorts of matters, when you have the inventory on hand to fill the demand. plus jaco is my dude, so i had to contribute an uneducated guess
