I bought a medium in the warp and weft navy t because thats my normal size for t shirts, but im wearing a sizE small hanes 6.1oz t right now that hasnt been washed and experienced Any kind of shrinking yet.  It fts well, so my qurstion is how much shrinkage is expected from these shirts and would it be smart to try to change my order to a small?

You should change to a small if you are happy with that fit. The Warp & Weft shirts are gonna be printed on the exact same shirts.
