Not a big fan of being cold so got out the mountain parka which is nothing more than the best wintercoat I ever had (the xhsbb I am living in right now can be mentioned as well)

@Mizmazzle there are some examples on patina project of badalassi grigio leather! Looks like they are a (for me) completely different color when aged.

Had a short family gathering today. Gave some family members a quick guide to IH and talked about the mrmf of course

Holiday is over now sadly but I had a great start for my tour leg so far !!

Tomorrow is the last day of my holidays but gladly not the last day with the mad red. We are back home already but I have been able to go some more cool places with the jacket.

For everyone travelling to Germany I can highly recommend the black forrest as a travel destination. Maybe we could even arrange a meet up there since my girlfriends family lives there and we visit regularly.

This is one of the many beautiful waterfalls in this Region

Ice cream break is very important for me. Can't have too much ice cream.

To be honest I was not sure how to feel about the ducks with the mrmf but I ended up really liking the combination.

Will be back soon, less spectacular views but try to keep you updated

@Mister_Brue congrats on the purchase! Love my indigo ones but already have to wear them less since the sole starts to wear out a bit, but still lots of life in the denim!!

Day 1 of my leg of the tour has officially started! While @Aetas was giving the mrmf it's much needed treatment, we were making our way from northern Germany to the beautiful black forrest. Just in time the jacket arrived today at our holiday appartement when we were about to go on a little hike.

This picture was taken right after I took the jacket out of the box! I think you can see how happy I was

After that we made our way to the Todtnau waterfalls:

To be honest it was a little too hot today in the sun for a leather jacket but waiting was not an option. The black forrest is a too good scenery to not try to get a couple good shots.

Now we are back in the appartement, my girlfriend is working on her masters thesis, dog is asleep and I am writing you this first report of my mrmf tour start.
