Founded 1988 in Kobe. Nevertheless it is one of the infamous "Osaka 5".
Denime had a few different owners over the past years (Orrizonti, Shins). Now it belongs to McCoys.Denime is loved most for its XX denim, which has a very great fading potential. Just google for 'Denime XX' or check out Ruedi's pair of the XX/66XX contest.

The first Japanese brand of denim i came across was Denime around the latter part of the 90's. I 'd be damned if i can recall the model i had as i can remember is that they had a beautiful handle as well as rather strangely a wonderful smell about them, lol!

they are totally different to what you guys normaly like. and also totally different to my usual taste.
paper patch, zip fly, light sanforized denim…all that stuff I normally not fancy off
but I love them for what they are. a try to reproduce a levi's 502 from the '60s or '70s -
