I wish I was taller so my busters can have a better fit ): sucks being 5'4.. still got a couple more years to grow so hopefully !

Hey guys! I'm about to purchase some busters. I'm wondering whats the difference between the 18 oz RAW and the 21 oz?
I also am a true 32 waist, is it okay if I purchased a size 31?
