You're right that the SE guys are awesome. I had such a good experience when I dropped into the NY store. I've been messing around with cheap raw denim and lurking here for years! Soon a pair of IH will be mine.

@Appfaff would be my first IH. I went to SENY and found that I really like the fit of the 633S, but I'm a sucker for a badass/unique denim like these.

Thanks for the quick reply! Yup, the 36s are sold out - hence trying to talk myself into the 38s. I also noticed the leg opening is larger, especially as I move up to the 38. I'm also looking at the SEXIH22-301s. 36 and 38 are available (seems the waist is an inch larger?) but the rise is so low…

Recently I tried on the regular 633S in size 36 and they fit perfectly. Would I want a 38 in this denim?
