Yep, fits and measures like an L rather than an XL. Either cut/sewn wrong or mistagged.

Is this better?

It’s flat, if anything I stretched it out at the pits for measuring. It’s also much more snug around the pits and shoulder area than any previous work shirt.

Anyone else having sizing issues? Mine arrived today and it’s not fitting like all my other IH XL work shirts. I measured and it’s def coming up short compared to the measurements that were listed.

This needs to be re-made. Or someone needs to sell me a size L 

That's what I figured. Luckily, it sounds like I will be getting an XL after all! 

Has anyone gotten any shrinkage on this? I need an XL but am considering XXL since it is raw. I know the red lining might prevent it but wondering if a hot soak/dryer would get me close to where I need to be.
