I felt like I knew that about the 21/23, but I was willing myself to assume it wasn't true. Thanks for the info!
Yeah, I love the 21oz. So soft. So comfy. Such good color. Such good fade, once you put the work in.

I haven't posted in a while but these will be my next purchase.
Spent a few months in Oni's and when my IHxB01s came back from repair I remembered what I've been missing…
too bad I'm too fat for them now. These will be next!
unless they'll be in a 21/23 in the future?
Hey guys,
I know I'm not super active here…but that's more a function of me having too many interests and hobbies, and not enough time to do everything I want in each one.
Anyway, in the same vein as Giles's (or would it be Giles'?) swim for charity, there's a fairly big bike ride here in Columbus Ohio in August where the beneficiary is cancer research.
I've committed to raising $1800 and biking 100 miles. My longest ride this year to date is 36 miles, so we'll see how that goes.
I hate coming around with my hand out, but I feel a bit better because it isn't for me, its for cancer research.

I do still lurk here - I just don't talk much
I picked it up! So stoked.

might be getting my first bike this weekend.
a 1980 KZ750 owned by the same person since 1982. It's pretty clean.
The wife did say the thinks my BBs are the best fit on me. when I asked why she said:
"I dunno, they just look like a man's pair of jeans"
I wonder what that says about my 3sixteen 32BSPs…
These are now officially on the list.
First automatic is showing up on Wednesday - a Seiko SKX-007. I'm pretty pumped.
my wife is watching Bates Motel on netflix and one of the gang guys (? i dunnno - im only half paying attention) had on a pretty rockin' leather jacket.
I tried this on in Navy at SENY last week.
XXL was a tad too fitted, but damn it was nice.
I want the beige XXXL so bad. so bad.
holy shit this look tailor-made for me in a 38. too bad i jut bought some 32bsps…
I'll wait a year for the 777UHR!
Picked up my full motorcycle license today - now starts a long slog of saving up money and trolling craigslist for a decent 80s japanese bike between 500-1000cc and between $1200-2000. The hope is to have something by next spring.

After 10 months of solid wear - the busters are about to see some competiton. My new 32bsp showed up in the mail from SESF today.
Round 1 of the start of my sleeve - a viking warrior modelled on my dad.
Also a surprise tattoo for my wife - I call her boo.
My wife's Moonshine purse/satchel after 6 months of hard use.

(unlike most postimage images, you can click through this image to get to the whole album)
When we got it we treated it liberally with Obenaufs Oil (not LP). Since then it's been carried daily.
My wife says she gets compliments on it at least once a week. I witnessed one of these last week and my wife still got a bit giddy about it - talking about the veg-tan leather and explaining wabi-sabi. It was kinda adorable.
Thanks again Bryan!
(BTW - she's been making noise about wanting a similar item but as a backpack. Stay tuned.)
every time I've travelled in Europe in the past decade i get re-amazed at how drop crotch is still a thing.
'normal' wrx.

yeah - but wont the shrinkage put me down to 37.5?
I did try on some jeans recently (SG3105) that were 38 inches in the store and I could button them…but I would definitely want some stretch to end up at 38.5-39
any bigger guys take the plunge on the 633s? I'm a tagged 38 on my busters, and the waist on these 38s says 38.5 while the 301s says 39.5
My busters have stretched out to 39.5 - I could maybe go .5 smaller and still be comfy but I'm worried about that 38.5. When I looked at self-edge's waist measurement though it looks like it doesnt directly double the waistline, you can see the V for the lower front rise and they're only measuring the back half.
Does that discrepancy give the extra .5-1 inch I'm looking for?
