I have a few pairs of 777, 21oz, XHS, 14oz black, slubby and duck, I was changing each week between them and got the black to start fading but the last 6 or so months have only worn XHS and they're starting to fade really fast now.
Problem is, now with my first pair of 888 xhsib I'm contemplating my life choices, I don't want to like them TOOOO much and neglect my 777s, but I do like the higher rise alot
This has very quickly become one of my favorite IH pieces, the lightweight denim is perfect for the shoulder season here, I like the length alot more than I thought initially, have worn it every day since it arrived
Didn't know this thread existed but I was with some friends at a bar here in Vancouver on a Saturday afternoon a couple weeks ago and was wearing all Iron Heart, my friends always poke fun at me for spending money on clothes instead of just the Lululemon/arcteryx Vancouver dress code.
Anyways one of the server dudes came by about two hours of us being there and said hey man, just wanted to say I like the Iron Heart fit, what cut do you wear? And we talked for a while about Iron Heart, was slightly vindicating

I resisted due to having a predominantly blue wardrobe but... The Shop has my size in stock, will see if they still do by thursday and go try it on maybe it'll give me that little nudge, I may have alot of blue I don't have alot of lighter weight shirts 
Is this pretty different than the IHM-50? Only thing I see is maybe there is a black version of this coming and 4.4 oz vs 4.8 oz, maybe 50 is longer? I just realized these are two different product threads i was seeing pop up
@goosehd The guys are so great, I guess the equivalent to knives as Japanese denim heads, but also lots of great kitchen tools!
New knife day yesterday, there is a store here called KNifewear that sells Japanese knives mostly, they were running a program to trade in your old Japanese knife for a gift card worth 50% of the current value of it, so traded in my Fujimoto Nashiji for a Shiro Kunimitsu Bunka, maybe not a 1 for 1 trade in size but after using it last night a smaller Bunka (160mm) is a nice replacement for a petty
We finally got a steelhead, wild so can't keep it, also was my friend not me but felt like victory for both of us as we've been putting in 6-8 hour days on the river together every weekend, very small return each year of hatchery and wild steelhead on the Chilliwack river. Now it's my turn!
