Got the Crissman Overshirt in loden moleskine.  L there is similar to XL ironheart workshirt but more clearance in the chest.  Got a black wool one on the way and a cardigan.  Gonna live in the overshirts

Can you easily lace them up with tighter cuts, such as 8301 or 777?
What product do you condition this leather with?

Wore my new 633s during the birth of my first kid.  Was thinking about putting her initials on the leather patch somehow and keep the pair forever after im done wearing.  Any thoughts on what to do to the leather?  Permanent marker seems ok but not great
