For anyone who has these. How much did these shrink in the thigh?

Just received my pair of Beatle busters. Ordered them in a 36. They are very tight in the waist butt and hip area. I can button them. But they are pretty darn uncomfortable. I am a bigger dude in those areas. I am very nervous about whether they will stretch to comfort ability in those areas or wether I should just get another cut. Any suggestions.  Thanks.

So is it safe to say that all dimensions except knee down will stretch back charted size after soak?

The stitching on the model on the website is black as opposed to most of the pics in this thread (which seem to be a normal yellow thread) correct?
