Hmm - can't tell if I'm a large or a medium in this one (usually go with large in most shirts, but ask for those on the smaller side). Is the IH staff sticking with their usual sizes or sizing differently?

@goosehd and for anyone interested in same question. Kiya at Self Edge sent me this about shrinkage across thigh, knee, hem:

They'll shrink about .25" to .4" in the areas not stated on our site after a warm wash.

@plumdog I'm a year behind you - I just received my 8301 SBGs and was going to wear them for a while unhemmed as well until after the first soak; however, the length is way too big for me.

How much shrinkage did you see across the waist, thigh, knee, hem, and length? I'll probably get these hemmed as well, so guessing I should add 1.5 - 2" to the length above my preference? The hem is also a bit wider than I usually like, but I can't tell if Self Edge/IH accounted for shrinkage in the width of the legs as well. Thanks!

Thanks everyone - I ended up grabbing it shortly after my post (thanks Alex and AJ!).

The color is hard to grab in photos - IMO, I'd say it's a medium khaki with some olive and gold elements to it. The pictures on Withered Fig are definitely much lighter than in person. I took a quick photo next to my new olive serge workshirt and olive moleskin CPO (I tried to diversify out of indigo this season).

Hope this helps - the brown looks great in person! Now time to wear the hell out of all of these…

Really tempted to grab this, but can't tell from the pictures whether this is a true brown or more of an olive/brown. Any one have any ideas or pictures in different lighting? Thanks!
