Finished Bodies last night
Throughly confused me but found it riveting from start to finish only downside was having to try to explain to the wife what was happening -

Think Mercedes mechanics deserve a medal already for what they managed to do with Antonellis car in the time they did

@louisbosco Vodafone for me and they have been useless I call them and can’t even hear what they are saying as they keep cutting out and it’s not my signal causing it I can assure you
Ended up going with iinet (again) for internet and then 1 mobile on tangerine as they do the Apple Watch add on for the wife and then iinet for mine
Save a grand a year basically -
RE: Random Rantsposted in General Chat
I’ve been with a mobile / internet company since 2010 and each year the costs keep going up ( my fault I know)
This year they are putting each mobile plan and Internet up by $5 a month which on its own isn’t a lot but x by 3 and over the year etc
Called them up and even with loyalty for that long no deal to be made yet if I was a new customer I could save half of the total bill each monthI’ve just shopped around and signed up 2 mobiles and internet for under $100 a month
I’m to blame as I do it every year with car/ house insurance etc but this year the mobile thing just gave me the shits

I am although I doubt my budget will be able to get it but it’s a repairable writeoff so who knows what price it might fetch
Have put some ducks in a row and have a purchase budget so will wait and see only tricky bit is it being on the other side of the country so would need transport it back which shouldn’t be a problemI’ve not mentioned it to the wife at all

@Giles how much is just for content as opposed to work I have no idea but idiocy aside with them in the videos it has shown quite an eye opening side of what’s possible
And then watching / listening to the cars and money podcast and hearing how much they actually make from you tube in revenue no wonder they are able to do what they do

I’m going to bid on this
Crazy I know but I’ve watched enough mat Armstrong to know it could be possible to fix without the dealership priceshttps://www.pickles.com.au/used/details/cars/2021-porsche-911/62163581

Every park here and most main streets where I live have dog litter bags on a roll that can be used so we don’t really have much poop that’s left on the floor

More of a click bait article to advertise the Netflix series than anything else ( and yes I did fall for the clicking on it bit) feel the bbc has gone downhill with their online reporting recently especially with sports coverage

Fantastic pics
I loved my time in Thailand many many years ago
I even spent my last night walking barefoot around Bangkok as the thongs (sandles flip flops etc) broke
And the street food was some of the best food I’ve ever had -

@AdamC look up couriers please reviews in Australia as that’s who have been doing the UPS handover once it hits our shores
A freight company that actually has end to end control is always substantially better
Please never go Toll though
