That is so not cool.  Just my $0.02, perhaps tell the retailer that you insist on a refund or else file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and see if he's gonna budge.

Would appreciate if someone could shed some light on how the ihw-01's sizing is like.  It's not up on G's new site but based on the measurements on the Japanese's sites, it seems to suggest a tighter fit on these.  Correct?
