I’ll put some pictures here, otherwise it doesn’t make much sense I guess. Don’t mind the chaos, I was right between doing laundry and ordering parts for a foldable bicycle 
Note, jacket was buttoned partly on most pics except for the last one. I also folded up the sleeves on some pictures to consider some shortening due to creases.

Regarding size, I thing large would fit really well but also snug. Is it recommended to size up, because I did read that they shrink with repeated washing?

I would recommend to not only consider the sleeve length, it also depends on the position where the shoulder seam sits. Wider shoulder and the sleeve can be shorter.
