yeah okay.  I wasnt sure if cotton was a bad thing in a fire.  I know wool is good.. Plus i thought the extra oz my help with radiant heat only.  Of course if im on fire, or standing in actual flames im pretty much fkd.

Just as an aside, my mother is a volunteer firefighter and has been called out to put out several grass fires in recent weeks as temperatures have been soaring like crazy in Oz.

She's a tough old bird.

I was a volunteer fire fighter in high school. I had to do community service and found out, in Oklahoma, you can volunteer at 16. It was super fun. Got to do all sorts of crazy training and carry a radio around. Mainly did grass fires and meth labs.

Actually there are bush fires in nearly all states here in Aus at the moment, and yesterday was a dicey one in my own area,.. Hence my question.

The worst thing you can do is smoke weed if you're anxious. Stay away from coffee as well.

I think that's a common misconception. There are numerous strains of the medicinal variety that are geared primarily towards alleviating stress and anxiety. Moderation is important, of course.

I do tend to agree with you concerning coffee. However, I am having a harder time quitting this substance than I did cigarettes, which deeply annoys and simultaneously confuses me.

I'd put their denim up against anything else and reckon they'd crush the competition. (I'm not even being a fanboi about it when I take that stance.) I've worn my IHD-01od for just over a week and can conclude it's pretty indestructible.
