@Giles you don't post restock notification for every single items right? I bought a curb chain necklace off IHUK website a while ago, upon checking the 4 digit code it was supposed to be manufactured around July 2024 but there were no restocking/new arrivals post associated to the size/length of the curb chain that I purchased. Just curious about it.
If we did not, it would have been a mistake. The default is that we post info in the relevant thread for all new product arrivals/restocks. If you get an email restock notification, then you can do this:
Or this:
If we get a return and an item re-enters stock, then we don't post that info on the forum, but if you have signed up for an email alert about that specific product, you will get an restock alert.

@Giles i never actually signed up for a restock alert for the curb chain. it was just one of them GA pieces that I always wanted and decides to pull the trigger when I was ready.
Sounds like it could be a mistake? Based on the restock wave timeline on the forum:
AUG 2023
JAN 2024
NOV 2025
APRIL 2026The only wave that could potentially includes the curb chain that I purchased (chain produced July 2024) would've been Nov 2025, but my specific size/length wasn't posted.
Althought I do remember you guys received some outlet good art items a few years ago and that was never posted via the forum.
-
@Giles Yeah for sure. I already own the chain, I was just curious why my specific length/size wasn't posted at one of your forum restock posts.
-
@kaacy1721 not sure why it happened, but why is it an issue? Not quite following the logic here.
-
@goosehd not an issue, simply stating an observation
-
@kaacy1721 no worries, just trying to figure out what I’m missing.
-
@Giles that is interesting... didn't know it was "allowed" to do that with another retailer
-
If a retailer is struggling to move something, (and they let us know) we will always do what we can to help them out. Especially if it is something that we know we can sell easily....Helps them out/helps us out/potentially helps a customer out....
Some stuff that we sell by the bucket load directly, just does not sell for certain retailers.....
