IH-777S-21BLK - Super-Slim Tapered 21oz Black Selvedge Jeans

Mine arrived yesterday, wanted some skinny black denim and thought these would be a good choice they wouldn't show up the pet hairs as bad as the pure blacks would (wife's pesky cats) ::)
I dropped down 2 tag sizes to a 32, risky maybe but did not want baggy aris or baggy anything for that matter.
Besides, I got more kids than I need anyway
Had a quick try on before I went to work and they were very snug but managed to get them done up after a bit.
Had them back on again today for a couple of hours, over my woolpower 200 long johns to try and ease the thighs off a bit, no problem at all.
After that 2 hours session the waist was measured at a fraction under 34 after starting at 32.4.
Pretty confident that they are going to fit as I want after a bit of manipulation, I decided to send them back to IH HQ for hemming.
When I get them back they will then be worn over my woolpower 400's for a couple of days, fairly sure that will see me right.
Glad I sized down as I am sure they are going to end up where I want them to be as they are so pliable, compared to my 634xhs even now, after 3 months wear, these are like pajamas!

I haven't tried the 777 cut, this is a good way to jump in, if I can get a pair that fits.

Haddtoo 555 Not sure I'm the best to answer this Q, but my 666S-21 are sized 33 and feel more restrictive in the top block than either of my size 32s in the 777 cut (14oz and these black 21s) but I'd defer to any others with more experience.

I have the 777’s in the Superblack denim as well as a few pairs of 666’s in different denims, all size 33, and the 777’s are definitely roomier in the top block. Way more room in the crotch and the ass. If you’re buttocks-challenged like I am, you might want to size down if the rest of the measurements allow.

Those are the ones I really wanted to try 777 for the first time ….I snoozed. One pair of Superblack in the shop , that might work , but I’m afraid I don’t have to fight in me...

I really wanted to get the 666’s in Superblack but I just couldn’t go back to a zipper, so I bought the 777’s. They worked out better than I originally thought they would, and I’d say it’s my second favorite cut currently available, but I still prefer the 666’s.

I love my 777 XHS . Not a fan of 2x 666 I owned . I think 777 is done perfectly . My favorite cut of IH.

Denim received today. Love the fit and denim color . I wanted something different than pure black and this denim delivered. Loving 777 fit !!!

Great, Thanks @Alex for measuring me the best pair and answering my questions on a busy monday! These fit wonderful - hope i can manage to stretch the top block as little as possible, they feel quite roomy, not really 634-roomy but more than i expected. Nice job IHUK and @Dishelveled your pics sold them to me after all haha. Fit pics follow when i have a bit more time…
