I try not to post before IHUK gets the items, but these are just too damn good not to. I took a shot in the dark and grabbed a 33, and they worked out perfectly. The fit is GREAT! Feels like my 707's, but with a smaller cuff (15"). The fabric is a nice, dark charcoal/ashy black…. It's very lightweight and airy... Barely heavier than my 123, I would guess. No selvedge to be seen, which is always fine with me. The back tag looks red on the Rebirth pics, but it's definitely more crimson-y.
(Color reference pic for the back tag... 1600's are great also, btw)
These pants and fabric are the bees knees, and I'm looking forward to possibly seeing more colors in this cut. Not to mention, the western made from this same fabric…..

The items that already have lots of buzz around them (UHF's, specifically), I avoid early posting. I don't want to inadvertently push people to bypass the retail chain that is in place for them already. I don't see them at any of the Jp retailers as of now, so I couldn't NOT post about these. They are REALLY a great pant, that can be workwear or sleek, casual cool, simply by tucking or untucking your shirt. IH hit a homerun with these.

I love cherry blossoms. "Cherry Picker" was more about the blossoms, in no way a condemnation if that's how it came across. You simply got to the goods before all us other fiends
I'm naturally nonverbal, so no need to fuss about early posting, retail chain, etc. I'm happy to see these pics. It's valuable information to see how each cut and fabric fits people who always wear IH. It helps inform my own purchases. The business end is obvious and can remain unspoken. Easy breezy
And since I don't ever tuck in my IH shirts, it's refreshing to see that look. With these chinos, it looks so proper it might change my mind a little. What's the belt, btw?
