Well, I'm up a tenth of a pound from where I started.  I guess my fried shrimp and gumbo lunch didn't help my cause:

+200gms from my last posted measurement. I've been away for 3 days and hardly moved. Assume I just lost a fair chunk of muscle that's now converted back to fat.

Forgot to get a picture this morning but I'm back up a couple pounds.

I didn't snap a pic.  I was out of town all last week.  I'll snap one tomorrow.  I was down a lb after the trip though.

Down a few more after workouts this weekend. The best part is my 92 fits better now.  No straining snaps

Practically there.  Down 13.9 lbs. Crazy stress filled week didn't hurt, but probably not the healthiest way to lose weight.
