As a Canadian I would hate to see IH dealers in Canada. Will just mean that it costs me more money to get. i.e. I will have to pay taxes on top of my purchases which i don't have when purchasing through IHUK or SE because of great shipping policies.

I could just imagine how douchey the dude would b who runs this shop in TO. The peeps that run their own boutiques downtown TO all seem to be pretty full of themselves and a lil too HIP for customer service. Thats just selling a few small "street" brands, imagine one of them selling IH?? Dun dah dah…SUPER DOUCHE!!

Depends on the shop. Because of where I live I drop into places like Nomad all the time and consequently get great service and perks (e.g., no tax) simply because they feel like they know me.
I think we should band together and open our own shop. There are plenty of open spots on Queen West. Denim Collective?

Ive been to nomad a few times and i think they are the exception. Places i liked that closed(prob cuz service lol) ransom holding, goodfoot and a few others ive visited just seemed like they were "cooler" than me and didnt care if they sold anything.
If i lived in your area, i def talk about a shop with u but the 7hr drive to check up on things id super annoying lol -

Looks like Dutil in Toronto & Vancouver and Blue Button Shop in Toronto have seen the light and are now carrying 634s.
