Semi's dad was always on sideline screaming out, "Hemi, Semi, Filo, do something!", in his fresh Samoan accent… then he would start a fight with the opposition supporters.

Apologies, not sure I explained myself very well. Looking back over your other photos you've got some nicely cuffed jeans (see below photo). The cuffing has helped accentuate the details of your fine boots. This pair of chino ducks, don't have that contrast to enable the boots to pop out.

Think I've managed to find some natural, tan & havana veg tanned leather as well as some Vibram soles.

I'll let you know more shortly.

I'm getting closer!

Here's a boot I made for guy at WETA Digital… I think I prefer the natural coloured sole.

I'm also working on producing my own moulded rubber soles.

I got tired of trying to source Vibram soles so I'm going to make my own here in New Zealand.  I like being able to control as much of the process as I can and I think it adds value.
