WAYnWT (Your Closet)

Alright so… now that i have several pairs of dry denim, im wondering whats the best way to store em? I dont wear the same pair every day... and i have a smaller room, so space is a little limited. Before i was just kinda tossin em up in my closet flat with the top block on the shelf and then the legs hanging over... but the more pairs i get the less of a good idea that seems, esp if i fold up and toss some levis from work on top of the stack.
What does everyone else do? I kinda like the ikea shelf system in the roll call thread, but dont think i could swing something like that in my current room

I was thinking of doing the coat rack over my door thing… we have them in other places in the house but theyre like thick plastic and you cant close the door and that sucks. Since i have limited space that would probably be most ideal... hopefully i can find something that works. What do you use to hang the jeans to the rack? I wanna put my dry denim into more of a regular rotation than they are now.

For the over the door coat hanger/racks… do you guys mean the ones with the pegs/knobs going from one side of the door to the other or the type that juts out towards you with several places to hang hangers?

Splattered, Get the ones that are straight across the back of the door. I absolutely hate the ones that hang over the top and the ones that just out look like they are from an infomercial. Just go standard classic style. Just my opinion…

I don't wear or own a lot of clothes… I like buying 2ndhand but I also easily re-sell items (or give items to my brother, which also happens a lot)... And I keep what I really like
Re-sell on my IH items so far has been 2 out of 12 meaning I kept 10 items which is a LOT in my case...

Great stuff Seul! I am trying to downsize as well. Holding onto my IH is definitely a priority. I also need to get an updated closet photo soon…

almost everything i own is currently in a storage unit, but once we're in the new house i'll get a pic up here.
i REALLY need to get rid of stuff. maybe when we unpack i'll start throwing some stuff up here.
