not sure if this will load a few pics from the tour de france it came past the bottom of the road where i live ,couldnt get any good pics just had to hold the camera above the crowd and hope

Nice choice, make sure to never pick it up by the seat when the post isn't fully extended and you should get lots of life out of the seals.

New Nicolai Ion 16 ( 650b version ) arrived into the UK, frustratingly on the same day I travelled to work offshore !!!
Always good to get home after working away for a few weeks but really looking forward to it this time and getting the bike built up and ready for the annual trip to the Alps to give it a good work over.

The weather in the French Alps this summer has reportedly been mixed at best so I am hoping for a dry week.
I have had Nicolais before, looking forward to getting back on one again.

Had an embarrassing fall tonight was at a red light in a track stand started to lean and couldn't get my feet out of the Hold Fast straps. Fell in slow motion. Luckily I was able to provide comic relief to to the cars behind me. Got up rode away unscathed with nothing more then a bloody knee, torn up palm and a bruised ego.

Nothing quite like not bringing your phone and bag when going out for a ride got a flat 7 miles in had to walk back. I'm a such a noob
