Yes, you need to make an appointment. It makes no difference to this item, because we don't have stock of this item, so we cannot magic one to London in time for your appointment. Hi there! Finally I was able to find and buy this beauty second handed. The thing is that after hand washed her (Woolite black denim) i can see this white "stains" .Is it a consecuence of using top much detergent? Does it nerd another rinse? Thanks in advance.

@Malkior i think youre overthjnking it. it’s denim, its rugged, it fades, and it’s okay that it isnt perfect. I really can’t tell what’s of concern in these pics. Without the caption I had thought it look like some peek-a-boo fades starting.

@Malkior post more pics and include one of the leather patch please. From what I can tell it looks like some low contrast fades to me. AFAIK it’s organic cotton denim and it’ll eventually show some wear over time however, with both warp and weft being black and reactive dyed, it will be very subtle and very slow.

White marks on superblack denim could be from washing too vigorously or having too much detergent in the machine. Also, fabrics that dont 'fade' still 'age', for eg: https://ironheart.co.uk/collections/hall-of-fades/products/hof-ih-666d-01
