@CosmoSix5 Yes, it's 39" to the middle hole as measured like this.
The 39" figure is what I used to order the belt from Hollows. It is a beautiful belt, but unfortunately too large for me.
I misunderstood the measuring instructions and measured an existing belt of mine from end to the farthest hole to get 39 inches. If you're considering purchasing this item, please measure a current belt to get the best idea of sizing.

I took a quality belt I had shrunk out of to an Amish leather worker who took about 3.5" off and now it fits great again. Simple task with the right tools.

I thought about trying to do it myself on this belt, but didn't want to screw it up. I ended up just buying another, smaller, belt and am selling this one.
