Foxy- peltex to me is a type of sewn in stabiliser/fusing so I am not sure what you mean
jimmy - in europe Robuso stands for the workhorse and Peltex used to supply the Rolls-Royce.
Peltex was a Scandinavian supplier for high-end scissors - unfortunately they appeared to gone out-of-business in the later part of the nineties - today you can only get replicas (called "highclass").
