I've seen New Yorkers scoff at how our little local bagel shop does things over here on the left coast (I've even heard the term sacrilege thrown around)…

Hummus, carrots, olives and chives on whole wheat.
And a "real" bagel would dwarf these coaters…

Sorry for the letdown.  The other day I showed the coaster with a female client's behind, so here is the exact opposite, just to tide you over... (drawing on some phoenix tail feathers today)

Don't I have great clients that are down to help me with the coaster tour (he also happens to be a serious IH head as well, note the zipper pull…)

Thanks for asking about the back.  It's a little better and I've been working a bit (hence the screeching update halt).  Been feeling guilty about the lack of updates but I'll be back on it soon....

So I feel like the coasters might be getting a little funky and it's time to do something about it.
I know everyone has an opinion about proper washing techniques and over all denim care.  Everyone has cleaned their denim, but have they ever sterilized it?

I just so happen to own a very nice Midmark autoclave…

Here's a coaster with a sterilization pouch…

Safely tucked in…

And in it goes (only doing one for fear of totally ruining it, which I will replace if I do)…

So it'll be in for 30 minutes at @250 degrees F and 15 pounds of pressure per square inch.  Pics to follow…

P.S.  Hope this wasn't an awful idea...

Good.  Maybe I can pull some money out of thin air by then to buy a bunch of what I assume will be totally cheap and underpriced gear in mint condition…

And the autoclave results…

The one on the right is the one that got sterilized.  Doesn't look much different except for some if the stitching (especially the W) dulled out a bit, and oh yeah, it is noticeably larger than it's mate now....???
