Thanks elclintor and stever - I must have tried on 9 different pairs of boots from different manufacturers and these were the most comfortable…just biting at the bit to crack them out of the box......few more days

I'm thinking they will be the same as most other gentleman travelers; size down one from your usual size in vans/jordans (I'm a true 10 but wear a 9 in RW) and as far as comfort..don't expect much of that the first couple of months. Wear thick socks. But once they start breaking in and finally once they are broken in, you've never had a better friend in a pair of boots.

Great to hear! but uh-oh I went tts!
Also hope it doesn't hurt my toe much during the breaking-in process.. Since I kinda have an ingrown toenail..
