06 and 9634s -walked em close to a mile in heavy rain. stayed warm and dry in my the 06 coupled with a Patagonia to shield my head. The Super Blacks took a lot longer to soak through than a pair of Levi's but they go wet nonetheless…time for a pair of loggers.

Just received my 'pale brown'… amazing jacket. A few thoughts:
                      1. Depending on the light it ranges from the pale brown (with greenish undertones?) to an olive green... I'd say it looks olive more often than not. Shit looks fantastic.
                      2. The jacket has a ton of nice details... but they're all there for a functional reasons.
                      3. If you're on the fence.. don't be. You will not be disappointed.
                      4. Thanks G!

Looking for sizing advice on the breaker…

I'm about 5'9" 150 lbs, waist 30. Have the flannel IHSH-32 and prefer the L shirt for layering, the M flannel fits just a hair too snug. I've tried on the IHSH-17 chambray in M and also found it to fit more like a shirt, the M not full enough to function as an overshirt.

But I'm leaning to an M on the breaker. Seeing pics of guys 5'10" wearing a small scares me away from an L...

It would function as a winter coat for me, where I'm at we certainly get harsh winter, snow, below zero temps, so I'd be layering with this a bit.

Beatle, what size is that you're wearing in the fit pics?

                                ~38 inch chest

I got a medium. Perfect fit for me… a medium would probably be great for you as well. Layering works great for me also, just enough room.. but if your chest is a bit bigger than mine (in the 40 inch range) I would really consider a large if you're planning on layering.

It's not what I would describe as 'very' warm; better with a down jacket or just layer up properly for low temperatures - the lining feels like Polartec 100 weight, but Cordura shell adds great weatherproofing . In my mind it does a fair job of being 'technical' but obviously the cut (and purpose) is different.
It feels windproof, it's very rainproof and tough as old boots . . . and looks the business - so basically, you should buy it - being the last one and all . . .
