Watches - another OCD problem

Panerai 312 fitted with a new strap from Toshi Straps.
A big 'Thankyou' to Hectic for putting me in touch with them.
They were super accommadating, the first strap didn't fit properly so they remade the tail with the holes in a different place, perfect.

nice colour choice, suits it well. How thick is the leather?

It's a crap iPhone picture, the strap is a bit orangier than it looks on picture, Toshi call it 'Caramel'.
Around 4mm thick, serously chunky.
It's gonna take some breaking in.

And I appreciate that, Rocket.:)  The U1 is a classic.

A few years back there was a limited edition U1 with a full lume white face that I really loved.  I still occasionally think about trying to find one.

I can only highly recommended the U1 (btw Alex the factory is only 1 hour away from me, so no online shopping  )

You definitely get a lot for your money and compared to others, the asking price is very very fair. I had others and way more expensive ones before, but since I bought this one I didn't feel to go for something else. (beside maybe some vintage Rolex ones that are way out of my budget anyway)

This is my daily rocker since around 3 years and there is not a single scratch or whatever on parts like the rotating ring due this Tegiment harding German submarine steel its made out…
