I have just been banned from the Buying/ Selling Area of Style Forum….. HAHAHAHHAHA That is the most irrational place. The PMs that were sent to me from LAGUY were a joke. They tried to tell me if I want acess to that area again that I will have to pay style forum $300..... HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA

I stated that an item was sold. Then was told I better reduce my prices by 5% across the board or I would be banned. Of course I didn't and then I was banned when I awoke. Hmmm, pay $300 to have access to the Buying and Selling Forum or create a new account??? Fucking morons!

i did the same thing on a different board a few months ago. i had an opinion that was different than the majority and i voiced it and was told my contributions werent welcome and i was banned. it felt quite liberating to be honest.

Hurt my shoulder in the gym last monday lifting too heavy on a machine… then got a cold... took the week off from the gym, tried to go back today and go very light. No go. Shoulder feels fine but my under arm really hurts... not gonna push it. Depressing. Gonna give myself a bit of a break... but how long? Ugh sucks.

Yeah i went in today and stuck to free weights, and i decided to try to go half of what i was doing before… ive only actively been working out like 6 months or so, so its not like im pushing A LOT or anything. I am probably not doing enough stretching/warm up prior to the actual workout... i think that is part of it. The machines are deceiving... i was doing 130lbs each arm last week which really isnt much more than i have been doing recently machine-wise... but free weights chest press with dumbbells i can only do about 65lbs each arm safely. Even 35lbs per arm hurt a bit tonight. I think i am going to lay off the gym for awhile and maybe job/sit ups/push ups maaaybe. I dunno.
