How much does the fabric stretch? Tried on my usual W32 (measured 32,5") at V&S and it was pretty hard to close the top-button, I lost the battle because of the thick fabric, had the same problem with my 634XHS.

In my experience the old fabric doesn't stretch much if any. Still have trouble to wear them after 1,5 wearing and 5-8 washes. IMO these Denim is a more stiffer and tougher beast than the 25oz fabric!

But maybe it's just me!?

@JCMx800 I did,but only bcz I've put some weight on and my old 634S-RAW become too small,so i really needed extra inch in the waist.
