I bought a pair of the guidi tan horsehide and the grain is really inconsistent. Personally, I like it. You can see on the right boot that the texture is a lot more pronounced.

My first pair of Vibergs.

I've always had a soft spot for the Hiker, but they no longer held my size in stock. So when I contacted Guy at Viberg to see whether they'd be restocking the boot for the winter ahead. I was delighted to hear they indeed would be. So fresh of the production line. My brand new Viberg Hikers.

i owe it to Brian the Bootmaker for taking a well worn pair of boots & giving them a fresh breathe of air with a timeless build.

too bad those boots are a 9 D666 or I would be stalking the next sample sale.  i actually think i'm gonna let a few pairs go as some of my pairs have just been collecting dust.  Viberg have done a good job with a lot of their recent builds.  If only I had more feet . .  .
