Yeah, I kind of agree.

I don't get the 4 way collaboration either.  There are two vendors involved and two manufacturers.  Alden doesn't use any 'new' material or methods, etc.  So it will basically be a mix of what they have now or are offering now.  Similar to the Ultimate Indy, etc.

That being said, I'm looking forward to seeing what IH has up its sleeve.  Maybe replace the fleece shoe bags with denim ones?!

Beats, again we cannot take everything literally. There are plenty of modifications that can be made to ANY pair of boots to make them more "to the whole extra heavy motorcycle layout". For instance, different leathers, soles, laces, waterproofing/ heat protection, different soles, etc. Just because someone uses a picture to throw out an idea or look does not mean it has to be exact, its just an idea. Dare I say STEEL TOE?

Again, I thinks there are plenty of modifications that can be made to any model in their line-up to be "motorcycle." Hell, guys wear Nike Air Force 1's and all sorts of "Non-Motorcycle" made items that fit into a look.

Okay this may be an unpopular opinion but that has never stopped me before. So the Alden Indy is a phenomenal product and the style is classic like not many others. I mean I have personally tried them on many times in stores and put it in my shopping cart 100's online. That being said, let's think outside the box and come up with something different. Let's try to do something that they have never done before. I feel like there are enough Alden Indy versions out there at the moment and who wants to style ride other people??? Just my 2 pennies…
