I've got a pair of Gilded Age jeans, the Gotham raw selvage.  I haven't worn them much (a few days, maybe 10-12 hours total), so I can't really give you much feedback.  Quality seems decent overall.  They were really starched when I got them- when I soaked them, the tub turned a somewhat disturbing yellowish brown.  After drying they were really stiff and haven't soften up any at all yet.  Fairly light weight, maybe 13oz or so, but wearing them seems hotter than my other jeans of comparable weight.  Maybe they have a really tight weave; I'm not knowledgeable enough to give a good reason why.  I got them when Barney's slashed the price recently, so no matter how things go with them, I won't feel bad.

And yeah, their other jeans are heinous, and seriously overpriced at suggested retail, too.

After having a quick look at their page I think this is expensive crap like eg. True Religion or something.

Pre washed fuck for 500$?
A simple hoody for 699$? O come on..
