I think it's the exact same leather as used fr the Little Tanks..come Monday you will have your Roys and forget all about these..
Well actually tracking says by Thursday but that is not far away. I am inquiring because if they are the same last as the Roy's I might sell my "Little Tanks" and grab these… The toe box on these ans the Roy's seems bigger than my "Little Tanks."

hey guys!
i went in to aldens today in SF and was looking for some black indys. they didnt have any out , but when i asked i was brought these. they have a few pair in stock.
but one less pair in 9.5d
AND i am going back up as they had a great set of black monk straps for my gig black monkey suit on sale.

Hey Malibu… wow, good pick up.
I've been to that store a million times and I just assumed that they didn't carry the Black Indy version (had to order mine from NY).
I'll definitely ask next time and see what else they have in the back thats not in display.simon, good stuff. i love mines!!!!!

thanks all, i will get some more pics up soon.
of course now i have a taste for both the indys and aldens. i was really surprised that the black boots were not out. they had the standard version and a dark buck version with a heavy duty sole.

If you were set on checking out Leather Sole's new store- check their website as the opening has been delayed. I don't think they've set a date yet. -
Thanks Isaak. Yeah I saw that. I am heading down for other reasons but figured if I was there I had to check it out and report back. I will continue to check their blog in regards to the opening date. Good lookin' out.

Very excited for my Roy Boots to come tomorrow (Thursday)! They are currently sitting in a Warehouse in San Pablo (East Bay) waiting for the truck to drive across the bridge to me. Photos tomorrow I promise!

monday, funny you should bring these up. I was expecting them to be delivered on Monday but when I returned home about an hour ago, there they were… Photos to come. Might rock them on the drive down to LA tomorrow to break them in but am not sure that is the best idea.
