Sorted! With Beatle's help these are on their way to me… Now I can start looking at what else I might desperately
needwant (Giles edit)…tfh sneaks ? Get some Millreefs in burgundy - tasty !
-
Aaah, Beats - embarrassing to admit but my "proper" jeans (THF5100s) don't fit me! G has been feeding me too well. I've stopped wearing my old 7forallmankind and Earl jeans because they are more lycra than denim (forgive me, I didn't understand…!)
So am waiting eagerly for my TW3230PI to arrive (currently being hemmed in Japan). In the meantime, wearing my old TW201s that I've had for about 6-7 years, pre-distressed and now falling apart....

Lookin' good Mrs. G!!! And those FH Chucks look great.
-
You are too kind, LC!!!
And Beats, I think you are a shoe size above me so you are probably safe wearing your green Millreefs when you visit, but don't be too sure - they might disappear at any time…

My new Mill Reefs arrived today! Sorry the pics are pretty awful (and I did hike up my grotty old Levis, don't normally wear them this short!) I am SO happy….
-
Super happy too, thanks for all your help Beats!
-
I am liking those a lot Mrs. G! Good work on those Beats. They fit her perfectly!

It is these intricacies that are IMPORTANT when it comes to sneakers!
Vital! In my honest. Was looking at the reissue "70/80's" Puma States, or as they are known in the US Suede, now although they are waaay better than fairly recent reissues there are still issues for me , very minor in most eyes but when a company say that they are "as they were Back In The Day" i want them to be damnit exact as i recall or even have.

The World's Favourite Auction Site, secondhand stores or some specialist trainer stores

almost all sneaks from the 70's and early 80's that were still made in USA are better than the new made in China crap…
Vintage, baby, vintageActually i'm going to slighty disagree here. Now normally i'd slate and avoid anything that's made in China, however trainers from the big companies made out there are rather well made, and that goes for Vietnamnese made ones as well, it's the cheaper MATERIALS that's the issue….along with the moral side of it as well of course.
