SExIH07 Jeans (Indigo, Black)

I have to agree with till on this one, crazy stacks, even if they are considered fun as simon said, are very impractical. I have to admit I left the legs of my sams be 36, but that's just because I was a lazy MFer. I'm like a 31-31.5 tops. I like 34 inseam because it sits nicely on boots when cuffing or a couple of inches stacking when I'm wearing other kicks and totally doesn't look silly beyond belief. Though I wouldn't tell people to hem their jeans because they are too long on a regular basis, 5'6" and below should NOT be wearing 36+ un-hemmed imho. Very similar to how real butterballs should just say no to super skinny jeans; I mean, no one wants to see size 36 5010 skulls. Lol.

@tfar:
Wear them cuffed (I do that, too, with a cuff up to just under 4")
4" cuffs?.. That's just as 'extreme' as stacking massively in my opinion. I only cuff when wearing boots as I don't like stacking jeans on top of boots at all, only on sneakers.
OK, I just measured. 3.25" not 4". Visual estimate was a bit off there. This is on the 634SR. It's as large as it gets. The others are worn between 2 and 3 inches. The 9634 is hemmed at 32 and works perfectly at that length.
What's your usual cuff range if you wear cuffs? Just to get an idea here of what people consider normal or extreme.

i like beatle's stacks. but yes hers are too extreme it actually look like pancakes.
it's just that at my height, i've never had any jeans that could give me good stacks.
SEXI08 was the longest one i've seen, 39" inseam which shrunk to 36" in a cold soak. and they give me about 2 stacks, an inch apart.
i might have to take you up, Giles, on that custom order. but not until i let my bank account replenish from a recent IH purchase.i never liked cuffing my jeans. even after i found out about selvedge and raws. it's one thing to show off the selvedge, but that's just becoming the new nike dunk.
i'd rather be recognized for my jeans by people who can actually tell they're raw or what not. it's like we always say, "those who know, know".
