OK. I have to admit…pretty funny. But don't hate me. I'm wearing running shoes today. I thought the other way you can pick out Americans...is -- look for whales. In other words, fat people. Most of those are 'mericans too.

He is just an SF legend. One of those people that everyone knows in your city/ town just for being eccentric. But yes I would say Frank Chu is cool, if for no other reason than because he is so different and has such an unconventional approach towards things.
