it's a looooooooong monday-epic-tale & i'm much to tired to type it. if you are a XL & on the hunt go to DC4. sh!t if you are on the hunt & G doesn't have go to DC4. seems a lot of crack is sitting on the shelves . . .

i agree let your spending dollars do the talking. i'm currently working on that vat issue as the last order i place i was refunded the vat, don't see why it would be any different on this one. . . but i'll keep you in the loop via pm or in the public forum if any interest in i guess one of the random threads.
to stay on track, the shirt is really dope & i'll be honest. . . well when am i not. i was not really that excited about it when i first saw them. mark my words, this will be a classic item folks will be fighting for in two years

I have a question for those of you who are rocking this thing: How do you wear it?
I mean, I was eyeing this, and thinking to myself: "Myself, do you wear this like a jacket, over a t-shirt while not buttoning the thing up? Or, do you wear it like a button-up shirt, buttoning it up, with an undershirt underneath?"
The answer of course will dictate the size I get. I usually tuck in my button-up shirts, but I have a feeling this one wouldn't look good like that.

I happen to be wearing mine as a plain shirt today. Some days I'll wear it over another IH flannel when it gets cold, just depends on how I feel. Hate to think what my coworkers think if I wore this everyday, which I cold haha.

Will there be any restocks of this? Specifically black in XL.
G can correct me if I am wrong but after an agreement that him and Haraki-San made a while ago, they will not redo a past seasons flannels. I cannot find the quote but if I do I will add it here for you. Never worry, gems appear every year!

paul, just because there will not be a redo (basically the flannels are made once, enough to fulfill the orders, and then not made again) and G may be out of stock of what you're after, doesn't mean you can't get it
first, check with G, these may still be around at The Works and if so G may be able to hook you up as usual
if not, you have to get a bit more creative, dc4 has them if you're in europe and they still exist at retailers in japan, from which you may be able to purchase directly or via a proxy

last time I inquired to Daniel about a product he would not discount the VAT even though I'm in the US. I decided to look elsewhere.
Did the same.

I wouldn't worry too much about VAT. It looks like DC4 has VAT inclusive like Giles seems to do and has the IHSH-46 for $10 cheaper. I'm sure there are some other fees that make things even, but SE charges the same and the US has no VAT.

Just pulled the trigger on this in black from DC4. I'm not looking forward to my cc bill at the end of this month, but man, I could not stop thinking about this thing. Every time I open the IH Shirting page, it's the one shirt that totally jumps out at me.
