been really busy lately, as my dissertation deadline is nearing 

my morning routine, cornish pasty&coffee to kickstart my day

it's 9AM, so no wonder the university union is still really quiet&peaceful (it's still holiday for the noisy undergrads tho…)

then moved to continue my lab works, here's a spectro-fluorimeter

and the hardest part of dissertation, writing 

decided to cook myself some "special" dinner, indonesian style fried noodle&roasted chicken

^ thats what belts were made for. and you're rather lucky, when it gets back to us california people, i imagine it will not be shrinking back down with washes anymore after so many washes and wears and will stay stretched. haha

my ye olde ipod touch had been broken since last november, this is what you got when you accidentally threw your ipod/iphone to the ground

then last week i accidentally stumbled upon a website that describes how to fix the screen, and because the parts is pretty cheap (25$ shipped) i decided to give it a go, after all i got nothing to lose

at first i'm not really convinced that it'll works….but 30 minutes later
