Definitely a cap worth having!

Cool, never heard of him, but like his style! Very tempted to get the Ships Cap, and maybe a Convoy cap if there's any left

It is a very small operation, but John has been in the industry for decades.
If you can get a hold of at least one of his pieces @tmg, DO IT!

Ordered a Ships Cap, and will definitely be ordering a Convoy cap when they become available again [emoji2] but don't think I'll ever look as cool as Davito!

Hey Dylan,
Thanks so much for spreading the word!
To all of your readers Papa Nui views the art of wave sliding through the design filter of the military. Inspired by my fathers WWII service in the South Pacific, the Papa crafts a product selection, an amalgam for the beach, the sun, the sea. Papa Nui is underpinned by integrity, quality, a sense of history and a celebration of the uniqueness of the individual. All my products are made using the finest manufacturing techniques in the best Japanese Factories all under the watchful gaze of my good friend John Lofgren.

Papa Nui Ships Cap

Will be great for next summer in the UK [emoji2]

Looking good @tmg!
It's summertime down under, mine will be getting some sun very soon.

Thanks guys! It's a very well made cap, the mesh in particular feels much smoother than other trucker style caps that I've handled….thinking about a corsair cap as well, but the profile looks different, longer peak and closer to the head?

Taken from papa's blog re combat corsairs cap
"Inspired by products 'field-made', the Papa's generous adaptation takes the A-1 sunvisor and builds on a period classic low profile four panel ball cap shape. The result is an aviators cap worthy of duty on every front."
You see also some of papa's fitpics there
