        Anyone have the 2025 model on this in any color and in size Medium and could comment the fit when you might have about similar measurements to mine; 47cm shoulders, 93cm chest and 80cm waist? Could you fit a sweater or a UHF underneath comfortably? Thanks!

          @GreenMan Hi GreenMan,

          I can't speak for the 2025 model but I tried on the new 35-OLV, and I take my normal Iron Heart size of XL over a t-shirt, and sized up to an XXL over a thick sweater. You can find my measurements on the staff measurements page if that's of any use 👍

            Hey @ChrisC, i havent tried on this jacket before but a few people suggested to size down. I saw you normally have a 20inch shoulder in crew specs but you didnt have any issues with an XL at 18.9? Just thinking i might need to find my nearest store and try on first before pulling the trigger...

              @cyclops Having discussed this in the office, it seems like some people will size down, and others take their normal size - It really depends on how you want to wear it and what your climate is like. You may want it to fit a little tighter if you plan to wear this with just a tshirt, or you may want a smaller size to get the sleeve length to fit well.

              If you can try this on then this may be a good idea, but if this isn't an option we can provide full measurements of what we have in stock when you place an order. I believe more staff measurements will be posted when they're available, which will give a better idea of how we prefer to wear these

                @GreenMan I'm not far off your measurements. We don't have any of last year's models to compare, but from memory, these fit very similarly.

                @cyclops I'm usually a large in Type III jackets and most shirts, but would probably size down for the N1. Here's a comparison of M vs L on me. As it doesn't often get really cold here in the UK, I'd usually only wear it over a tee (and probably unzipped), so the medium is a pretty bang-on fit. It does feel a touch snug over a UHF, though, so I'd probably stick to a large if I needed to layer up in colder climates — although the sleeves do feel a little long in this size. Hope that's helpful!

                  @SamD awesome thanks heaps for the insights! Thanks for taking the time to explain 🙂 I have found with IH shoulders to be for me the key factor so this helps 🙂

                      Would you get this in the same size as the lightweight N1 that just dropped @SamD ? I got the lightweight N1 in large. Could have gone with Medium but it would have been too short.

                        @brently Yes, I’d wear a medium in both the regular and lightweight N1 👍
