Does anyone have any recommendations for someone very reputable in Miami area? THANKS!

I have them in hand. They are 777s in Indigo. I’m about 28 1/4” hem lengths. I have not washed the jeans yet. I’m only 2 week. How much of the length would you guys recommend I leave as an extra to be on the safe side if they do shrink a bit but not to have too much of a roll when I cuff them with sneakers or boots?
